This hotel is almost exceptionally great in Delhi, as many who visited to India at the first time may be suffered very complicated hospitality. Particularly food was excellent, and design of the room was higher average. The stuff were very friendly and many very good functions were well organized in a room, Location is also ideal to go any where because of just 1 minute to the nearest metro station.
In winter, it became cold, and air condition is fitted to summer time. If you need warm, you have to ask the reception, so you could get a small heater to make your room warmer.

The Ashtan Sarovar Portico was a good clean hotel, the location is good, as it's close to the highway if you want to leave Delhi to go to Greater Noida for the Formula 1 race. Its located next to the Delhi Metro station so commuting around Delhi is easy. There is a very nice range of restaurants round the corner from the hotel like Pizza Hut, Dominos, and India's popular Evergreen Chaat Restaurant and dunkin donuts for the morning :)
The luxury tax charge which was not mentioned to me when booking for the hotel which mean't I had to pay an extra £100 which I did not budget for.

The Ashtan Sarovar Protico was a clean, calm hotel. This was exactly what we needed in a big dusty city like New Delhi.
We got put in a room beside the hotel staff's room. We asked to have another room, and we got this. Also, the air conditioning in our second room was broken (it was very cold in our room). We asked for someone to come look at this, and the reception promised they would send someone, but nobody ever came.

The restaurant offered a delightful selection for both lunch and dinner, and we enjoyed some savory dishes. Our room was well-equipped with a large bed, ironing amenities, an electronic key card, and tea and coffee making facilities. the central location of the venue made it very convenient for our stay.

Flexibility with check in and check out time. Room service was also very good.
The front desk staff seem to know little about good customer service. The needs of the customer come last.

The hotel is very accessible, only 2- 3 minutes walking from metro station. Nearby is Delhi haat and some market where you can buy various souvenir. The staff is very helpful and the room is very clean.
We got 1 hour complimentary wifi, if you want more you have to pay. I think they should give us free wifi in the hotel. Because the wifi voucher is for 4 hours or 12 hours straight. So it was waste if you only use wifi to check email once in the morning and one in the night.
